This is where affirmations come in handy. Yes. We’re talking about that whole looking in the mirror and reassuring ourselves thing. And, while Stuart Smalley may have made a joke of it on Saturday Night Live in the 90’s, it’s a practice that many female entrepreneurs are embracing to calm their nerves and get out of their own way. 💃
