This was done around International Women’s Day and I think it’s important not only to acknowledge the work that still needs to be done but also to feel empowered with real steps we can take to close the gender gaps. 💁‍♀️🙋‍♂️

You may not realize that there’s a confidence gap. There are a lot of reasons the gap exists. And there are a lot of crappy outcomes because it does.
It’s what fuels the wage gap. It makes it hard to put yourself out there as an entrepreneur. And it may play a part in the statistics that show women founders receive a fraction of investor support compared to their male counterparts. 😔
