Does looking at the camera lens freak you out? Does your invisible audience in creating video unnerve you? 😱

I hear this all the time! I especially hear it from people who are used to seeing the people they’re talking to — either in person, on Zoom, or even in the audience while they are on stage. 🎤

The lens… that just freaks them the eff out! So, what do most of them do? They look at themselves. Or, they decide that they need to read a teleprompter instead. Anything to avoid looking at that dreaded camera lens.📹

In this video, I share a few tips to get you more comfortable looking at that lens because when you look at the lens, you’re looking at your viewer. And, when you look at your viewer, you’re more likely to connect with them and for your videos to be effective. 😲
